Delivery & Returns

When We Send Orders

Orders made on weekends start on Monday. It takes 1-2 days to send them out. Delivery times can change because of weather, customs, or other delays.

Fees for Orders from Other Countries

You pay for any taxes or extra costs when you check out. This means no surprise fees when your order arrives.

Returning Items

You can return things within 60 days of getting them. They need to be like new, with tags, and not worn (except to try on over underwear).

Getting Your Money Back

After we get your return, we'll put the money back in your account. It might take up to 10 more days for your bank to show it.
